Return & Exchange Policy
Watchespot hopes you are pleased with your merchandise. We understand it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email (with your name, order number, reason of return & the action you wish to take)to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a Return & Exchange Form to fill .
We will gladly issue a replacement, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned that under the conditions outlined below. To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the purchase and must be sent back to us in original condition with:
√ Watch in original working condition with no defects
√ Unworn, unused
√ No scratches, damages whatsoever
√ No resizing, altering of bracelet
√ Proof of purchase with original box & original tags/documentation and packaging
- When your return is received, a refund, exchange or store credit will be issued less original shipping charges.
- Please ensure you send the parcel using any traceable method, the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our returns department.
- Please allow us up to 30 days from the day we received your item to handle your request.
- NOTE: Payments made by PayPal and credit cards will be refunded via PayPal and credit card respectively. Payment made by bank transfers will be refunded by a British cheque.
- We will accept exchange of item if you are not satisfied with your choice of watch. Shipping fees will be charged to the buyer both ways. We can offer you any other watch of your choice with the price difference topped up or refunded.
- We are not responsible for any return/exchange shipping mishaps. All our watches are checked before sending to you. If your watch is not working as expected please contact us.
